What we collect

When you create an account we store your display name, email address (if provided), and — if you sign in with Discord — your Discord ID, tag, and avatar. Whitelist applications store the answers you submit. We log IP addresses for login security and staff audit purposes.

What we do with it

Your information is used to run the community: reviewing applications, managing whitelist access, and keeping the server safe. We never sell your data, and we never share it outside the staff team except where required by law.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Your choices

You can ask staff in Discord to remove your account and application data at any time.
