How long does whitelist review take?
Most applications are reviewed within a few days. Current turnaround is posted in the Discord announcements channel. You will be notified on the site and in Discord when a decision is made.
My application was rejected. Can I reapply?
Yes. Rejections include a reason, and a reapplication cooldown applies (shown on your dashboard). Address the feedback and try again — plenty of current members were approved on a second application.
Connecting
How do I connect to the server?
Once whitelisted, press F8 in FiveM and enter the connect command shown on the Server Status page, or use the Direct Connect button.
Do I need to stay in the Discord?
Yes. Discord membership is required for all whitelisted players — announcements, restarts, and support all run through it.
Store
What do supporter packages include?
Queue priority and cosmetic perks. Nothing in the store affects roleplay balance — this city is not pay-to-win.

How do I report a player?
Open a ticket in Discord with clip evidence. Finish the scene first where possible — reports are handled after the fact, not mid-scene.
